Ten Gallon Marketing reserves the right to use completed works in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Content
When providing content for your design projects:
~You warrant that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork you provide are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. Ten Gallon Marketing shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of client-provided content.
Revisions and Alterations
The project quote includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or alterations beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Substantial changes to the project brief may require a new quote.
